  • All product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but variations may occur.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

  • Custom-made and modular products are made to order and cannot be changed once production has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or carrier delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once goods are delivered.

  • Large or heavy items may require additional handling or two-person delivery, which will be communicated before shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

  • Custom-made or installed products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

  • Standard items may be returned within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • VEAK products are covered by the warranties set out in our Warranty Policy.

  • To the extent permitted by law, VEAK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
